First off every case is different and no one can promise you any result.  The law is always changing and the resulting outcomes to each and every case is an ever changing event.  Everyone likes a good story though so we try to post a few so that you can see what is obtainable.

Civil

Multi Million dollar settlement where a convenience store sold alcohol to a minor which led to an accident.

We were just able to get an insurance company to pay the full limits of their policy even though initially they claimed that their client caused the injury intentionally.

$1.5 Million judgment in a medical mal-practice trial.

Multi-million dollar in a car wreck case due to a faulty tire.

Almost a Million in a car wreck were our client survived but suffered serious injuries.

$200,000 negligence case where the injury was a single severed finger tip.

$90,000 breach of contract for termination of a service contract.

Multi Million dollar settlement where defendant illegally sold alcohol that led to death of driver of a car.

$850,000 verdict in a car wreck case.

Criminal

2012

Charges of Drug Trafficking reduced to a misdemeanor with a $200.00 fine.  Our client was facing a minimum of 10 years and a $25,000.00 fine the law allowed him to face a possible life sentence. He had been offered a 15 year sentence with 3 years to serve.  With our help the charges were reduced and our client is once again free.

Our client was charged with drug possession and was facing up to 10 years in jail.  We were able to get the charges reduced to misdemeanors and a small fine.

Previous years

We represented a County commissioner charged with 15 felony counts of ethics.  After working on the case we were able to work out a plea agreement that resulted in a plea to 1 misdemeanor count with one court cost and no fine.

Our client was charged with 5 counts of burglary.  After working on the matter for months the prosecution agreed to pre trial diversion and eventual dismissal of the charges.

Initially our client was arrested for DUI and misdemeanor marijuana.  After that he was arrested for selling drugs and then a third time for selling marijuana.  Then finally he was arrested for fleeing the police and reckless driving after he ran from the police in a high speed pursuit.  After initially rejecting our offer of a plea the District Attorney agreed to a plea that will eventually clear our client of all charges.

Manslaughter case pled to a misdemeanor.  Our client was facing up to 20 years after the death of her child and received a suspended sentence and no fine and no probation.

165 counts of medicare fraud.  The client was initially offered 176 months to serve in the federal prison.  After working on the matter for almost a year and the federal prosecutor having to redo the indictments due to our motions the client was offered 1 count of something that he did do and a 5 month sentence which he gladly accepted.

Rape charges dismissed after preliminary hearing despite person actually caught in the act.

Drug

Marijuana and paraphernalia the client was stopped in a traffic stop and the drugs were found.  Even though the client gave admitting statements the case was dismissed.

Trafficking in cocaine. Our client was facing a minimum of 10 years.  After months of working on this matter we were able to get the district attorney to agree for him to plead guilty to drug paraphernalia which is  a misdemeanor. He received a suspended sentence and a small fine and the matter was over.

Trafficking where our client had more than 20 pills of a controlled substance without a prescription.  He was facing a minimum 10 year sentence.  We were able to show the district Attorney that the Pills had to belong to someone else and the client was able to plead to drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor, due to the marijuana that he had in his pocket.  The client received a suspended sentence and a $250.00 fine.

We have had numerous drug trafficking cases reduced to misdemeanors.  Not all cases can turn out this way but we will work through your whole case and find any and all means to help you avoid conviction.

DUI

Case dismissed when arrested for Juvenile DUI despite having been stopped for running off the road.

Case dismissed even though a client was stopped for crossing into the other lane and admitted to drinking and did various sobriety test on video.

Clients blood alcohol content was twice the legal limit but the judge ruled that the test were improper and found the client not guilty.

Case dismissed where prosecution could not prove that the defendant was drinking enough to  be intoxicated.
